What type of graphic files should I send?

Caravan's design team will work try to work with whatever form of artwork you have; however, in an effort to get your order into production as quickly as possible, we would prefer to receive your artwork in vector format.

Nonetheless, the type of files listed below are accepted.

GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, and PDF

How do I submit my artwork?

There are several ways you may submit your artwork to us.
Please send us your artwork using one of the following methods.

1. At checkout: Upload your artwork while placing your order
2. Via email: Reply to the confirmation email you will receive after placing an order
3. In your account: Upload artwork to your customer account

What if I want a specific color match imprinted?

Caravan has high quality controls and a state-of-the-art printing facility and technology that allow us to output your artwork colors as close as possible. If possible, please provide us with PMS colors (view pantone color chart here: link).

However, we can still experience variations in any one of the following color variables: hue, saturation, shadow and/or sheen). If exact color is critical, please ask us about having a color proof produced before processing your order.

How do I order on caravancustom.com?

4. Upload artwork with details about your job if necessary
5. Receive an eProof design (any revisions are free of charge)
6. Approve and send to production!

Payment is not required until you approve your rendering/eProof.

Can I rush my order?

Absolutely! There will be an option for you to choose your desired production time during checkout. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. When production time is selected, we guarantee that we will produce and ship out your order on the day selected, after eProof and payment has been received.

However, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

Will I see what my product will look like before my order goes into production?

Yes. You will receive an eProof/mock-up of your logo on the item(s) you chose. All custom products must be approved by you before we proceed with production!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes or cancelations are allowed any time before submitting to production. Once an eProof/mock-up has been approved and your job has entered into production, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities or reoccurring orders?

What are the type of print methods you offer?

Full Digital Dye-Sublimation

Caravan's Full Digital Dye-Sublimation print process provides higher quality images than any other printing system. This extremely durable print method allows for your image, logo or text to be infused into the material, which provides a longer lasting, natural appearing image. Any logo, design, or PMS color--no limitations

Multi-Color Heat Fusion

Caravan's Multi-Color Heat Fusion print technology allows for photo-realistic prints on Caravan's custom canopies, chairs, and all soft goods. This print method is perfect for adding logos and texts to our inventoried fabric colors and final goods

Silkscreen

Caravan's Silkscreen print process provides a longer lasting print than other types of printing methods. Due to Caravan's proprietary inks, and the thickness of inks used per imprint, this print method can withstand for more stress and use without losing the quality of the print. Best for multiple units and relatively simple logos and/or text

Full Color Inkjet

Caravan's Full Color Inkjet print technology is affordable, yet provides colorful and vibrant prints. This print method is perfect for printing on trade show displays, retractable banners, and vinyl signs.

Full Digital Direct-to-Garment

Caravan's full color inkjet print technology allows for all beautiful prints, texts, and images to be directly printed on Caravan's soft signage fabric, such as flag material and stretchy fabrics.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
All returns/exchanges are subject to the standard 15% restocking fee. In addition, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received damaged, defective, or the incorrect item(s). All returned or refund items must in be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of a check or refund to credit card within one (1) week of the return.

There will be no returns or refunds for any product that has passed thirty (30) days since purchase date.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If there is a manufacturer's defect this will be covered under warranty (wear and tear are not covered). All Caravan products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase. If Caravan determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the defective part, within the warranty stipulations of each product. Please refer to your owner's manual or visit our website at www.caravancanopy.com.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom goods are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear).

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To receive your RMA number call our Customer Service team at 877-9CANOPY - (877) 922-6679.

If your product is a custom order - and if the problem is a warranty issue, your sales representative can also issue a RMA number. Caravan is not responsible for any returns that are returned without a RMA number.
Additionally, if you should need these items returned to you - Caravan will not absorb the shipping cost if they have been sent to us without an RMA number.
